The Pillars of Electronic Commerce Legitimation in Sharia Business Pauzi Muhammad

Abstract
This study aims to identify and explore the pillars of the legitimacy of buying and selling online in Sharia-compliant businesses, which are important elements for upholding the existence, legitimacy, and perfection of Sharia-compliant business activities. This type of research is normative, literary, or doctrinal legal research with a legal principles approach. Researchers used secondary data, including primary legal materials such as the Quran, Sunnah, and Ijtihad. The second category of secondary legal materials includes classical and contemporary fiqh muamalah books, research results in the form of theses, dissertations, and journals. The third category consists of tertiary legal materials, such as the large Indonesian dictionary, cumulative index, encyclopedias, and internet sites. The researcher concludes that the main pillars of legitimacy in electronic buying and selling are as follows: achieving benefits for all parties involved in the business, fostering mutual consent without coercion, optimizing product and service information for consumers and the general public, upholding justice and rejecting tyranny, maximizing excellent and good service, and exhibiting good morals in business activities.
