Abstract
This study aims to analyze integrated quality management and its relevance to the extent to which integrated quality management is implemented, focusing on two things: (1) Integrated quality management implementation and (2) Supporting and inhibiting factors for integrated quality management implementation. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Rambutan, Banyuasin Regency, using a qualitative research method based on a descriptive study. This study^s informants were school principals, administrative heads, teachers, parents, and students. The data were obtained using observation, interviews, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis techniques used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data in this study used the validity of the data by triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of integrated quality management at SMAN 1 Rambutan, Banyuasin Regency, has been carried out well. However, from several parts, there is still much that needs to be improved by continuously improving from various fields every year, with the implementation of integrated quality management is also expected can make and enhance the quality of schools to compete with other schools.
