EVALUATION OF ENVIRONMENTALLY SOUND TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN CIHARAHAS MULYAHARJA THEMATIC VILLAGE Andre Akbar Hidayatullah

Abstract
Urban areas and the tourism sector cannot be separated because urban areas have adequate facilities and infrastructure (facilities and infrastructure) in supporting tourism activities. In this case, researchers chose the research location in Ciharashas Mulyaharja Thematic Village, Bogor City as one of the areas known to develop community-based and environmentally friendly tourism. Environmental insight itself is better known as sustainable development and focuses on economic, social and environmental aspects. As for its implementation, the development of Ciharashas Mulyaharja Thematic Village refers to the RTRW of Bogor City 2011-2030 which has a vision of ^^the realization of Bogor City space as a city of services and settlements while maintaining its characteristics as an environmentally friendly heritage city^ and the RPJMD of Bogor City 2019-2024 which contains indications of programs in the form of the development of agro-tourism, MICE and natural recreation. In this study, researchers used the CIPP method (Context, Input, Process and Product) qualitatively with a management oriented approach. Then the targets in this study are BAPPEDA as the program designer, the Bogor City Tourism and Culture Office and the Mulyaharja Tourism Drive Group (Kompepar) as the program implementer, then there are supporting parties, namely tourists where the existence of tourists in this study provides additional references in the development process of Ciharashas Mulyaharja Thematic Village in the future. In the data collection method, researchers use observation methods, interviews and document analysis as well as data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study show that evaluation in the context can be categorized as GOOD, which is characterized by data / documents that show the program plan and program-specific objectives. Then at the evaluation stage Inputs (support / resources) are still categorized as LACKING, this is characterized by the absence of promotional strategies, HR readiness, tourism awareness training, facilities and infrastructure in general and environmentally sound in supporting tourism activities, and partner data in the program that is neatly recorded for database or portfolio needs if you want to find investors and a budget that is still minimal in supporting facility maintenance activities. The Process (implementation) and Product (results) stages can be categorized as SUFFICIENT and more concrete, systematic, participatory and innovative development efforts are still needed for the sustainability of community socio-economic activities and environmental conservation efforts.
