Abstract

A mountain bike is an attractive and rapidly growing sport in Indonesia. It is also strongly connected with tourism advancement, particularly in Bali, which is well known for its beauty of nature and indeed becoming a tourist destination. Wanagiri Village is a tourist village with a large forest area in North Bali. Cycling tourism is the potential to be developed in Wanagiri Village. However, cycling lanes still need to be created and have yet to be designed to be managed professionally. Therefore, this research was conducted to develop a strategy for developing Wanagiri Village Bike Park. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data were collected by observation, documentation, and interviews. The data was then analyzed with qualitative data analysis techniques. Through its CSR program that supports the development of community-based tourism villages in the future, the company is expected to improve people^s welfare, which, of course, will have implications for accelerating economic and tourism recovery, especially in Bali.
