Abstract
ABSTRACT
This study aims to see how much the relationship between increasing teacher creativity with transformational leadership, work culture and achievement motivation. This study made 120 respondents of Permanent Foundation Teachers (GTY) in Private Vocational Schools in West Bogor District, Bogor City or there were 18 private vocational schools that became the sample of this study.
The method used is the correlation method of hypothesis testing carried out using parametric statistical analysis in the form of simple correlation analysis with a significance level of α 0.05. Based on the initial survey conducted, there should still be an increase in learner knowledge development techniques and the use of innovative and ICT based learning models, and not yet optimal in using innovative teaching aids, and still not optimal enough in modifying learning and producing learning products. Therefore, in this study, teacher creativity must be improved by strengthening transformational leadership, work culture and achievement motivation, both individually and together. Based on the results of the SITOREM analysis, there are several indicators that must be maintained or developed to improve teacher creativity.
