Abstract
The application of differentiated learning is a relatively formidable challenge for private education units that have not yet become driving schools. They must learn to understand and implement differentiated learning independently without getting technical guidance. This study aims to formulate several alternative strategies to increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning, especially in private junior high schools that independently implement an independent curriculum. Strategy formulation is based on a study of the constellation model of causality relationships between the effectiveness of differentiated learning and the main variables that influence it, namely academic supervision, organizational culture, and achievement motivation. This cross-sectional study was conducted on 113 private junior high school teachers in Cibinong Kabupeten District, Bogor, who were selected using proportional random sampling techniques. The measuring tools used in this study included questionnaires on the effectiveness of differentiated learning, academic supervision, organizational culture, and achievement motivation. To analyze the data, SPSS-26 software is used for descriptive statistics, correlation matrices, and path analysis in models. The findings suggest that academic supervision, organizational culture, and achievement motivation are significant resources in improving the effectiveness of differentiated learning. In addition, the results show that the effectiveness of differentiated learning based on achievement motivation determines the emergence of teachers^ desire to transform sustainably. In this context, achievement motivation mediates the relationship between academic supervision and organizational culture with the effectiveness of differentiated learning. These findings demonstrate the importance and necessity of designing strategies to increase the effectiveness of differentiated learning associated with the principal^s academic supervision program and developing a school organizational culture to encourage increased achievement motivation among teachers.
