Kanjuruhan Stadium Tragedy: The Urgency of Positive Youth Development (PYD) in the World of Sports in Indonesia Muhamad Ilham

Abstract
The incident at the Malang Kanjuruhan Stadium (October 1 2022) is a very heartbreaking tragedy not only for the world of football and the people of Indonesia but also for the world community, because it is one of the biggest tragedies in the world of sport (football), both in terms of supporter violence including mismanagement , as well as in the event of the death of a supporter in a match. Supporter riots in Indonesia, which are dominated by youth, often occur and lead to no resolution of the problem. Based on this, this article aims to provide an in-depth and comprehensive study of how to resolve this problem in a good and fair manner, through positive youth development or Positive Youth Development so that incidents like this do not recur in the future.
