Abstract
The development of Science and Technology in the 21st century requires one skill that is critical thinking skills. Critical thinking is the way of think based on the aspect of wanting to know deeply in a matter. According to Facione, critical thinking comprises interpretation, analysis, inference, evaluation, explanation, and self-regulation. Until now, the number of researchers developing media games combined with critical thinking is still small. Because of that, this research developed ^Captain Lungs 3D^ as a Learning media in Respiratory system topic to exercise student^s critical thinking through 3D games. ^Captain Lungs 3D^ design using Unity that supports to build 3D games. Respiratory system topics are chosen because human respiratory organs cannot be seen directly
