Dear Ms. Shelly thanks for your attention to my presentation video.
The additional question for numbers 10 that developed by Widodo is for assessing
teachers^ knowledge of absence of technology for teaching the concepts. The
statement of question is ^How would you address the absence of technology in a
school so that the planned learning objectives are achieved?^.
the tittle of Widodos^ article that I citated is ^Experienced biology teachers^
pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) on photosynthesis (2017)^ thank you

dear Ms. Haifa, thank you for your attention to my research. okay i
will answer your question I only chose material on viruses and
biotechnology because the relationship and application of this
material are very closely related to the current situation, the COVID-
19 pandemic and it is very possible to be integrated into ESD^s
learning plans regarding health as a social environmental issue.

Dear Ms. Ria
thank you for the question. as we know TPACK is one of the professional
knowledge of prospective teachers in planning the learning of a biological
material to students by including knowledge related to teaching materials, as
well as methods and technologies that are appropriate to the material to be
taught. In integrating ESD, prospective teachers need to have professional
knowledge in integrated ESD learning planning, because the material in ESD
learning is complex and shows the relationship between one material and other
knowledge across time and space. The results of Shumba & Kampamba (2013)
research state that Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is not enough to help
teachers integrate ESD in learning, so it is necessary to develop professional
knowledge that integrates ESD into PCK, that is PCK-ESD. In addition to
professional knowledge, ICT is also one of the things that facilitates the
integration of ESD. Therefore the development of TPACK of prospective teachers
in realizing ESD is an important thing to do in trying to achieve ESD. when we
talk about how important TPACK is for prospective teachers, of course TPACK is
very important for prospective teachers to prepare to become professional
teachers in the future. as previously explained professional knowledge (in this
case TPACK) is one of the keys to the success of class learning. Professional
knowledge development can begin from college for prospective teachers. there
have been a number of previous studies that have revealed the influence of
TPACK and the importance of TPACK. thank you

thank you for the question. Apart from the selection of samples based on the
material designed in the lesson plan as explained in the video presentation, other
criteria are the sample is prospective teachers who already know about learning
and prior learning, the sample has participated in several lectures related to
previous biological content, so they already have knowledge content. Also, related
to the integration of ESD training, we need facilities in the form of courses that can
facilitate the development of professional knowledge of prospective teachers
through the assignments provided. Based on this, the prospective teacher students
who took part in the capita selekta lectures were suitable with the required criteria,
so the prospective teacher capita selective students were selected as samples in
this study. thank you

How do you make CoRes TPACK for ESD?

thank you for the question. It is true that the CoRes instrument has been
developed by Loughren et al (2012) and I also use it. More precisely the
instrument that I used was the result of further development from Widodo (2017)
which added technology-related questions to questions 9 and 10. But to assess the
integration of ESD in the CoRes arrangement of prospective teachers as my
research sample, I only analyzed four of the CoRes questions which can describe
the integration of ESD in it. The four questions cover questions 2, 6, 8, and 9. The
selection of the four questions is based on the results of the analysis of the
suitability of the purpose of the questions with the ESD framework developed by
Osman (2017). So from the four selected questions, it can be seen the integration
of ESD by prospective teachers which includes the TPACK component. thank you
