Dear Ms Nurwendah. I^m interesting to your research. My question are:
1. do you make an instrument to measure the written argument only? how about
oral argument? is it can be used?
2. What is your conclusion about argumentation in the religious-science topic?
Replies:
Thank you for the question Ms. Afridha.
1. In my research, I only focus on students^ argumentation skills in writing only.
Maybe, further research should be done to test whether the teaching material can
be used to measure students^ argumentative abilities verbally, because in reality
there are some students who are more proficient in writing but not so good when
speaking and to the contraly.
2. If see the results of student answers, for religious values in teaching materials
do not really affect the ability of student argumentation.
Thank you for your question Ms. Maida.
The difficulty in developing this teaching material is that at the design stage (the
2nd stage in ADDIE Model) one must find many sources and references in
integrating verses of the Ayat Al-Qur^an and Al-Hadits with biological concepts and
that takes a lot of time.
Next, this pandemic situation is one of the difficulties in implementing teaching
materials, because students learn from home (Home Learning). So the teacher has
difficulty monitoring whether students really learn the teaching material that has
been given or not. Besides this, teaching material would be nice if supported with
learning activities such as group discussions but the condition of students who
have limitations in internet access is one of the obstacles in implementing this
teaching material.
Dear Ms. Soleha. I have watched your presentation video and i thought your teaching material was succeed to improve their argumentation skill. i want to ask you about the relation of religious values and argumentation skills. what are criteria of argumentation skills that you expect they got by using the teaching materials containing religious values? thank you

Thank you for the question Mr.Chandra. :)
In fact what I expected more from the inclusion of religious values in teaching
materials was an increase in students^ caring attitudes towards changing
environmental conditions that were getting worse by integrating with values.
Because there are so many concepts in religion that place great emphasis on
environmental sustainability. Connecting with your question, if asked so, I expect
the content of religious values can add to student references at the backing stage
(the 4th stage in argumentation skills) that can underpin justification by supporting
claims.
