Based on previous researches teacher could make a lesson design through number sentences, both open number sentences and true/false number sentences. In Indonesia, it^s possible to be provided when students learn about whole number or integer number in elementary school. Beside that, teacher could make a kind of questioning or scaffolding that support student^s relational thinking. Such as, ^can you decide if the given equality is right or wrong without calculation?^ or ^do you think the properties of number operations is valid for all numbers?^.
