Dear Mr. Suparman,
I really interested in your presentation due to the subject you have chosen in this
study,
As a female teacher in elementary school, sometimes I worrying whether I can help
my students to improve their achievement emotion or not. Because several
researches showed that most of the teachers in elementary school are women and the
common problem that we faced is teachers^ math anxiety affected girls students^
math
achievement.
Would you mind to share your opinion on what must we do to conduct an ideal
learning for improving our students^ achievement, especially achievement emotion?

Thanks for your question Mrs. Nana Diana. It^s an interesting question.
I think you can do to conduct some activities bellows:
1. Preparing an interesting and quality evaluation that is integrated with good quality learning.
2. Providing support and motivation to students so that students complete and work on the task given.
3. Feedback at the end of learning plays an important role in the learning evaluation.

To make a good quality learning, you can give an interesting learning for your students. You can present your topic of learning in games, songs, posters, or videos. Because students in elementary school like it. Some activities above will make a high control perception and confident value in students-self so it will increase a pleasant achievement emotions of students and decrease an unpleasant achievement emotions of students such that students will get a good mathematics learning outcomes in mathematics learning evaluations.
