Abstract
This study aims to describe the self-efficacy of prospective teacher students in terms of gender. The research design used is descriptive research. The subject of this research is a class of second semester students who take analytic geometry learning in the Mathematics Education Study Program of the Mathematics Education Department at a university in the city of Bandung. The data collection technique in this study was through a questionnaire. And data analysis using Winstep version 4.4.6 software. Based on the analysis of the student^s answer questionnaire using the Rasch model, it is known that all male and female students^ self-efficacy is not negative.
