The findings of the article are interpreted using a qualitative descriptive method to ensure the availability of research related to strategic human resource management. The findings show that the previous writers generally linked HRM with company performance, HR as capital, limitations, and competitive advantages by using several theoretical approaches from various perspectives and writing requirements.
