Abstract
In 2008, the Indonesian government implements the final income tax regulation, a new income tax concept. Since its implementation, the final income tax has had a significant impact on how the construction industry calculates its income tax liability. Implementation of the final income tax, which mandates that the final tax be calculated directly on the firm^s gross income, has directly reduced the tax shield that the firm benefits from. The M&M theorem provided a new perspective on capital structure. The theory stated that a firm^s capital structure influence on the cost of capital depends on the firm^s tax shield implications. Combining the M&M theorem and the final tax implementation, the purpose of this study is to determine if a firm^s capital structure influences the firm value and whether the cost of capital mediates such effect in the Indonesian construction industry through the proxy of long-term debt-to-equity ratio, share price, weighted average cost of capital. Using a quantitative methodology, secondary data from construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2012 and 2019 are collected for this study. This study utilized linear regression and the simple mediation model. The result indicates that the long-term debt-to-equity ratio has a direct and significant effect on the stock price of the company. Meanwhile, the weighted average cost of capital does not have a significant mediating effect on the relationship between capital structure and stock price. The finding of this research is intended to provide firm managers an insight surrounding the implication of capital structure within Indonesia construction Industry in order to be able to increase firm^s value.

This study aims to find out 1) How online shopping becomes the shopping orientation of social studies education students at the Indonesian Institute of Education, 2) whether online shopping affects the economic literacy of social studies education students at the Indonesian Institute of Education, 3) whether the existence of online shopping has an impact on the consumptive behavior of study program students. social studies education at the Indonesian Institute of Education, 4) whether the existence of online shopping has an impact on economic literacy and consumptive behavior of students in the social studies education study program at the Indonesian Institute of Education. The results show that 76^8% of students often do online shopping activities, while there is a decrease in economic literacy by 43.2% and online shopping has an impact on consumptive behavior by 52.5% while online shopping together has an effect on economic literacy. and consumptive behavior by 47.5%. There needs to be education and knowledge related to economic digitization and online shopping habits so as not to cause a decline in economic literacy and an increase in consumptive behavior by providing guidance and training or education services

Abstract
A distributor of agricultural products sells rockwool which is imported from Netherlands. The problem faced by the distributor is the product that is often out of stock resulting in reduced service level to customers. The objective of this research is to overcome out of stock from rockwool products by proposing forecasting and inventory management system. The method used is by comparing 8 time series analysis methods based on the last 3 years and comparing 3 models of the inventory management system based on the last 1 year. Forecast method is determined based on the smallest forecast error and inventory management system is determined based on a model that is applicable to the company. Result showed that simple exponential smoothing with alpha of 0.38 was chosen as forecast method and fixed order quantity model was chosen as inventory management system. Besides ensuring stock availability, this result also provides cost savings.

Reduce Unplanned Shutdown on Surface Facilities of Oil and Gas Plant Process - In the case of Upstream Oil and Gas Business Yedi Rahmat Supriyadi
a) School of Business and Management, Institute Technology Bandung, Bandung 40132, West Java, Indonesia
b) PT. Pertamina Sub Holding Upstream Regional 4, South Jakarta 12950, Jakarta, Indonesia
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of equipment condition monitoring and asset management based on historical data management on reducing unplanned shutdowns and improving plant reliability to meet company expectations and maintain the safety of upstream oil and gas business installations. Based on the issue of fluctuating oil & gas price issues, declining oil & gas reserves, especially in Indonesia and the increasingly sensitive oil & gas wells to plant shutdown conditions, the scope of research is limited to the application of condition monitoring analysis methods, big data management and the concept of operation on turbomachinery in surface facilities in maintenance activities in upstream oil and gas business.
The research approach is carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. The quantitative approach uses references to experience in employment in the field of maintenance of surface facilities, the use of turbomachinery equipment operating data including organizational and human capital influence in upstream oil and gas industries. The utilization of library reviews on Statistical Quality Control is used to facilitate the realization of the purpose of this research.
Condition monitoring is an innovation in the field of equipment maintenance and is the basis for the formation of predictive maintenance methods. However, predictive maintenance activities experience problems in analyzing big data on the results of condition monitoring so that the ability to take action to prevent abnormal conditions of industrial operations still takes time.
The study is to ensure that big data analysis is the main capital to reduce unplanned plant shutdown in the oil and gas industry.

Abstract
Order fulfillment is an important process in managing the supply chain. The success of manufacturers competing throughout the supply chain depends in part on the business model that determines the level of inventory that must be held in order to fulfill an order. However, the order fulfillment process is not limited to order fulfillment. It^s about designing networks and processes that enable businesses to meet customer demands while minimizing overall transportation costs. This includes more than logistics and should be implemented across functionality, with the critical supplier and customer coordination.
The purpose of this white paper is to extend existing empirical literature on knowledge-based theory by focusing on the precursors of innovation and the impact of distribution management and smart technology on MSME^s competitive advantage in retail.
Based on knowledge-based theory, Innovation and sustainability research has become a priority area of interest, but in the context of the retail MSME sector, there is still little research that leads to it in terms of knowledge-based theory (KBV).
To achieve the above objectives, the proposed theoretical model was tested through an empirical study conducted on 355 samples of retail MSME owners or managers in Indonesia. Data analysis used structural equation modeling partial least square analysis technique with smart-pls software. The results obtained confirm the structure of the relationship between variables and the direct and indirect effects of innovation on sustainable competitive advantage in retail MSMEs. In addition, the expected results show that good distribution management and the use of smart technology can increase sustainable competitive advantage at the MSME level retail business.
