Abstract
The Law on Job Creation which is an Omnibus Law has been ratified by the DRP RI. Basically, the ratification of the work copyright law is closely related to the interests of workers and employers. After the reform era, there was a change in the issues faced by the workers because they had to deal with market intervention that was getting stronger due to neoliberalism. Using any point of view, the purpose of the entrepreneur (company) in running his business is to earn a profit by winning the competition. To understand the forces that exist and become part of competition in the industry, it can be done by using the five forces that affect industry competition as proposed by Michael E. Porter. Job copyright laws can affect competition in the industry through competition between companies in the industry and can be used by companies to choose generic competitive strategies according to Michael E. Abstract
ABSTRACT
The development of digital technology in the past decades and the current pandemic of Covid-19 have given good lessons to learn how business should adapt to these changes. Those who can adapt through digital technology in developing their business will survive and gain profits, while on the contrary will be left behind. In the Indonesian context, where most business actors are small medium-size enterprises (SMEs), the challenges will be more complex. This paper provides new insights into the socio-economic dynamics of Indonesian^s SMEs, with consideration given to the need of developing digital talent of SMEs toward the use of digital technology. The paper also questions digital readiness of SMEs in Indonesia by examining their level of digital talent in developing their businesses. Empirical data is gathered from a qualitative study and a survey involving 718 SMEs in West Sumatera, West Java and DI Yogjakarta provinces. The core analysis of this paper finds that implementation of the SMEs^ digital transformation program in Indonesia must consider different socio-economic characteristics and digital capability of SMEs. A more consolidated, professional and sustainable digital business accompaniment are needed, especially programs initiated by local government. In addition, a locally specific incentive programs for SMEs is significantly proven to increase the willingness of SMEs to transform their businesses into digital or mix with both types, manual and digital. In developing these arguments, this paper offers a way to understand better the varied possibilities for and limitation of digital talent^s development among SMEs in Indonesia. It also explicates the prospect of digital transformation in Indonesia^s economy.

Abstract
This study proposes a framework to identify the determinant factors in increasing entrepreneurial productivity as an eco-output of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities. In previous research in 2020, factors from both the internal and external environment have been generated as the college^s eco-input entrepreneurial ecosystem. Previous research related to relevant environmental factors in building an entrepreneurial ecosystem has been widely carried out, but the research conducted to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities has not been sufficient and has been studied holistically. Because research on entrepreneurial ecosystems in universities continues to develop, it is necessary to develop a measurement framework and empirical validation related to the determinants of both eco-input and eco-output. Therefore, the contribution of the results of this study, in general, is a critical review of the set of environmental factors proposed by the existing literature and proposes indicators and related data sources that can be used to measure indicators more holistically. In particular, concerning eco-output, the contribution of the results of this study is expected to identify which indicators are the valid proxies for building an entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities.
