Abstract
Digital animation is an example of a concrete manifestation of a copyrighted work that combines computer applications in the multimedia field by combining images, text, audio, animation, and video so that it can modify a series of photographic images in such a way that they appear as if they are moving and making sounds and can become interesting story setting, especially for elementary school children. Also in modern times, digital animation can attract students attention and help them develop their understanding of certain subjects. One of the most important theories that reflects how people learn through text and illustrations is the cognitive theory which states that people store more verbal and visual information than students do through words. Digital animation can be used as an alternative learning medium that can be used to bridge learning to be more interesting and to provide a new environment for students. Media is very important to be present in learning to produce stimulation, activeness, new skills for students, and understand the real form of learning applications.

Abstract
Based on the notes issued by the Garut Regency Tourism Office explained that the interest of the community to visit religious tourism objects in the Garut district region is relatively high. Attractions visited are generally in the form of a sacred tomb. Broadly speaking, almost all districts in the Garut district have graves that can be used for pilgrimage. However, the visit of new tourists is limited to a few districts. The tourists generally come from outside Garut regency which is spread throughout the provinces in Java. The limited information possessed by potential tourists as well as the dissemination of information by related parties can be the cause of the spread of the purpose of the visit to be limited as well as the number of tourists interested in making a visit. One alternative solution that can be done by the Garut district government in particular is by designing a geographic information system mapping web-based religious tourism objects. The research aims to design a geographic information system mapping web-based religious tourism objects that presents regional mapping that can explain the state of infrastructure and public facilities available on these attractions. To get optimal software, we need a method that is relevant to the actual situation. For this need, in this research an object-oriented software development method is used, namely the rational unified process, so it is expected that the application of this system can increase the number and spread of tourists towards tourist destinations.

Stamp Verification using Statistical Quantized Texture Histogram Features Elnoordiansyah, Bambang Heru Iswanto, and Widyaningrum Indrasari
Department of Physics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Jl. Rawamangun Muka, Jakarta 13220, Indonesia
Abstract
The duty stamps used along with signature are the most widely used in official paper documents in Indonesia. However, non-genuine stamps are often found on the market and thus require techniques to identify their originality. In this paper, a simple method is proposed to verify the originality of the stamps using the statistical quantized texture histogram features and neural networks. The effectiveness of the method has been tested through a series of experiments using 75 seal samples, consisting of 25 original and 50 non-original stamps scanned with different resolutions. Euclidean distances between feature vectors in the feature space are analyzed using the principal component analysis (PCA) method. The analysis result showed that in the feature space, the separation of features from the genuine stamps and non-genuine stamps was very significant. Images with a resolution of 150 dpi have the highest feature dissimilarity with the smallest sum square error (SSE) compared to the others. The artificial neural networks trained with these instances succeeded in classifying the stamps with an accuracy and precision of around 90%. Therefore, the proposed method is accurate and robust to verify the stamp features

Abstract
Pornography is a very serious problem in Indonesia besides drugs. This can be proven by the increasing number of access to pornographic contents websites on the internet. Some research has been carried out to produce deterrence formulas. However, this research flow has not effectively solved the problem. This study posits a formula to identify pornographic content in digital images as an alternative approach to the initial phase of the system preventing access to negative content. The formulation uses the YCbCr colour space to analyse human skin in image objects representing exposed body parts and classification process by the Neuro-Fuzzy approach. The performance of this formula was tested on 100 digital image images of human objects with random categories (normally closed dressed, minimal, and naked) taken from the internet. The test is resulting in a pretty good level of accuracy with 70% for a weight of the overall test data.

Abstract
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is widely used to scan the presence of something at a location. RFID is a device that uses radio signals to identify objects. Such RFID characteristics enable this technology to be used on employee cards connected to a computer-based presence system at a college. A college has employees that are divided into several organizational units, the use of manual presence is felt to be inefficient because it is expected that an RFID-based presence system can solve this problem. The RFID presence system development uses the Rational Unfied Process methodology and the modeling used is the Unified Modeling Language. The presence system that is made includes employee data register menu, employee attendance, present delay identification, time management, monthly attendance recapitulation of each employee, and attendance recapitulation of all employees.

Abstract
Many banks in Indonesia have failed in the process of transformation towards their vision, due to a lack of awareness in managing risk and not growing a risk-based culture. The external and internal environment of the banking system is experiencing rapid development, which will be followed by increasingly complex risks for banking business activities. The increasing complexity of risks for banking business activities will increase the need for good governance practices and the identification, measurement, monitoring, and risk management functions of banks. Loss Event Database is a solution to perform the purpose of identifying and measuring Operational Risk Self Assessment. The research method used to design and build a Loss Event Database refers to the Evolutionary Prototyping model in which at each stage, the involvement of developers and users is intensely carried out. The implementation of Operational Risk Self Assessment through the development of a Loss Event Database using the Evolutionary Prototyping model can reduce the operational risk rating from the Moderate to Low to Moderate level, meet the requirements of good corporate governance by applicable regulations and best practices in the banking world.

Anti Cheating Software Tool: prototype of problem generator software for linear algebra introductory test Mohamad Syafri Tuloli, Mukhlisulfatih Latief, Manda Rohandi
Universitas Negeri Gorontalo
Abstract
To prevent students from cheating in the test, one of the strategies is by making a question that differs for each student. This approach can be used by using question-bank or question generator, the first approach is prone to cheating especially because of the widely available communication technology, this means the question generator is the only hope. This strategy is very possible to be used especially in subjects whose material has a standard pattern, such as in mathematics (calculation/structure patterns) and computer programming (logic patterns). As a branch of mathematics and also subjects in the informatics engineering curriculum, linear algebra has the potential to use this approach. But this approach involves the creation of a huge number of questions (and calculation of its answer), this requires extra efforts, we need software that can help generate questions and calculate its answers automatically. This study proposes a question-answer (problem) generation model and uses a software engineering approach (software requirement, design, implementation, and testing) to test the model. This study shows that the model implemented in this software was able to meet the need for generating questions for selected material on introductory subjects in linear algebra, with some caveat.
