Abstract
Objectives. Despite the benefits of doing exercises, performing exercises for a long duration under the exposure of air pollution will increase the risks of the individual inhaling more pollutant. However, researches that examine an individual performing exercises regularly in two public sport centers with different levels of air pollution have not been extensively documented. The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of regularly exercise on aerobic capacity, force vital capacity (FVC), and hematological profile among individuals in an environment with similar climatic characteristics but different concentrations of air pollution.
Methods. This trial composed 15 males (age range 16-18) from Bandung City, Indonesia. Two two public sport centers with similar climatic conditions (temperature, and humidity), but different concentrations of air pollutants were selected. Participants performed exercises three times a week for three consecutive weeks at each research site, with a two week break. Participants^s aerobic capacity, respiratory capacity, and blood sample were measured before and after they exercised at each site. The measured parameters in both sites were compared and analyzed.
Results. Aerobic capacity, FVC, and RBC after participants exrcised in the area with lower air pollution showed higher value than exercised in the area with higher air pollution. Manwhile WBC showed higher after participants exercised in the area with higher air pollution.
Conclusions. This research showed that exercising at sport center with high air pollution had negative effect on hematology profile and could affect the development of aerobic and respiratory capacities

Abstract
Although athletes are the focal point in training and sport achievements, coaches as the athletes^ companions are the key factor in determining and giving a concrete influence in achieving maximum performance. In this study, the researchers chose female trainers who used ^hierarchical masculinity^ framework, because women were still considered weak, especially in the context of leadership. Such research has only been conducted in Indonesia, in revealing the feasibility of women as leaders from a cultural perspective. Indonesia, which adheres to patriarchal culture, which positioned that leaders must be controlled by men, including as sport trainers. Therefore, researchers have a strong desire to reveal how female coaches in Indonesia can take a full and successful role in the success of their athletes^ achievements. The questionnaire was distributed to male and female athletes who were trained by female trainers. The sport that was deliberately chosen was martial arts, with the reason that female trainers in martial arts were still relatively few. This study also wants to prove the presumption, that female coaches have not been able to match male coaches in scoring athletes for high achievement, so athletes prefer male coaches as their coaches [pre-study]. The results of this study reported the findings, that there was a significant relationship between the leadership of female coaches and the performance of Judo athletes, while for the sports of Taekwondo, Tarung Drajat, Boxing, and Fencing, there was insignificant relationships between female coach leadership and athletes^ achievements. The findings also showed that there were significant differences between the achievements of male and female athletes led by female coaches, that female Although athletes are the focal point in training and sport achievements, coaches as the athletes^ companions are the key factor in determining and givin had better performance than male athletes who were trained by female coaches.

Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia
Abstract
In December 2019, there was an Extraordinary Event (KLB) caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2 or COVID-19) in China. The virus is rapidly spreading around the world causing an unprecedented pandemic and getting into the government to impose a global quarantine, entering an unknown extreme. The consequences of quarantine / isolation organizations are: absence of organized training and competition, lack of communication between athletes and coaches, inability to move freely, lack of adequate sun exposure, unsuitable training conditions. Based on current science, we strongly recommend encouraging athletes to rebuild their mindset to understand isolation as an opportunity for development, appropriate coaching, educating and encouraging athletes to take appropriate precautions and hygiene to support and ensure a favorable isolation environment. well. The athlete^s residence should be equipped with cardio and endurance training equipment (portable bicycle or rowing ergometer). Some forms of body mass resistance-based training can promote aerobic adaptation. Sports skills training should be organized according to the athlete^s needs. Individual training has to do with performance on neuromuscular performance. Athletes should also be educated about nutrition (Vitamin D and protein) and hydration. Strategies should be developed to control body composition. Mental fatigue must be anticipated and controlled. Adequate methods of recovery must be provided. Daily monitoring should be done. It is an ideal situation to reassess personal life, understand the situation, which can be promoted in these difficult times that affect almost the entire world.

Abstract
Background: high level of muscle power is necessary for the effective use of technique during handball competitions. The presented research concentrated on comparing the effectiveness of two training modes directed towards the development of muscle power - plyometric and traditional strength training. Furthermore, we evaluated whether resistance training performed twice a week was sufficient to guarantee an increase in muscle power of handball players Settings and Design: The study included 28 handball players who were divided into 3 groups: Group 1 subjected to additional strength training (8 individuals), Group 2 subjected to traditional plyometric training (8 individuals) and Group 3 following standard training (12 individuals).. Methods and Material: Research was conducted at the beginning and at the end of the 1st round of competitions and consisted of the following measurements: CMJ (countermovement jump) and SJ (squat jump), a 10-s trial on a cycle-ergometer and ball-throwing velocity. Conclusion: results showed that both the plyometric and strength training programs induced a statistically significant increase in jumping height and generated power during the CMJ. The group subjected to additional strength training achieved greater increases in CMJ power than the group carrying out plyometric training, which in case of the CMJ peak power turned out to be statistically significant (p < 0.05). Different results were obtained when studying changes in the flight speed of the thrown ball- the group undergoing plyometric training registered minor increases (significant in the standing throw ), and there were decreases in the flight speed of the thrown ball (significant in the leaning back throw) in the group following the traditional strength training program.
